Ending The Pacifier Habit

May 31, 2019 by Kinda Y. No Comments

Pacifiers.

As a parent, I have a love/hate relationship with them. I love them because they comfort and sooth my child, while giving me a few minutes of sanity and peace, and I hate them because it’s such a ridiculous battle when it’s time to make them disappear from our lives.

The Ups and Downs of Being a Working Mom

July 11, 2018 by Mia V. No Comments
working mom

I won’t sugar coat it: leaving my baby at home to go to work was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do. I don’t think any amount of Maternity Leave is ever enough. When the baby is first born, you look at the rest of your leave like a long stretch of road in front of you, but before you know it, you are counting the days till you have to leave that precious little thing at home in the care of someone else. There are quite a few ups and downs of being a working mom, but the same rules apply for stay-at-home moms – Keeping a healthy balance is extremely difficult, but exceptionally important for your well-being as a mom, whether you work full-time or stay at home full-time.

The Importance of Routines for Babies

June 10, 2018 by Mia V. 1 Comment
routines

I had always heard about the importance of routines for babies, but didn’t fully understand why  until I saw how it worked on my own baby. There are many different types of routines (or schedules) ranging from feeding, sleeping and even bath time. I found that the feeding and day-time sleeping schedules changed quite a bit as she got older, but one thing that has stayed the same is her bath and bedtime routine – it was the first step to getting her to sleep through the night.

I don’t know about you mommas, but being a parent is the hardest and most rewarding thing I’ve ever experienced in my life. Sleep training

Disclaimer: Before you read the article, please take into consideration that every parent and every baby is different, and there is no right or wrong method in raising your kids or teaching them how to sleep. Online Shopping with Cuddly Angels – Our Experience

March 7, 2018 by Kinda & Mia No Comments

Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you had to buy a gift for a newborn, but didn’t have the time or energy to get in your car and drive around in the traffic looking for the perfect gift?

Whether you are a full-time mom or a working mom, we find that sometimes we are so busy that we really don’t have the time to go out and shop for baby gifts.

And that brings us to the concept of Baby Registries in Lebanon: we know from experience that the concept of a baby registry in Lebanon is not very popular. We both struggled in this area, because we both wanted to pick personal items that we loved. It seemed a bit weird to ask our guests for specific gifts, but realistically speaking, when you create a baby registry, you eliminate the probability of receiving duplicate gifts, and baby gifts that are not really your style. Plus, you receive items that are really useful.
